Fanny is results- and relationship-oriented with several years of experience in recruitment and HR work in fast-changing environments. In recent years, she has worked in venture capital, where she supported smaller tech companies in growth phases with matters related to organization, culture, and operational HR. With a strong understanding of both business value and employee experience, she has contributed to developing leadership, working methods, and structures that create conditions for sustainable growth.

She has previous experience from an investment company where she supported both headquarters and portfolio companies with business development, financing, and structural capital to strengthen companies' long-term development. Before that, she worked as a management consultant. As a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from KTH, specializing in data and machine learning, she has strong analytical ability with a clear business perspective. As Investment Associate, she focuses on driving the investment process with new companies and contributing to their growth journey.

Serge is an entrepreneur and product leader with deep experience in building and scaling global technology platforms. As one of the key people behind Google Meet, Hangouts, and WebRTC, he has spent 18 years at Google leading the development of communication solutions used by billions of people worldwide. Even before that, he built a startup in video communication, which was acquired by Google and became the starting point for his journey as product manager in Silicon Valley. Through his work at Disruptive Ventures, Serge contributes unique specialist expertise in business development, product strategy, and global scaling. His combination of entrepreneurial drive and international experience makes him particularly valuable for Swedish tech companies facing the step of growing beyond national borders. In his role as partner, he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs turn visions into products that can compete and grow in the international market.
