The AI race calls for brave leaders

Swedish organizations are known for flat hierarchies, trust, and a culture where it's accepted not to have all the answers. Those exact traits, together with real courage, are what leaders now need.

Sweden's heritage of flat hierarchies, trust and acceptance that not everyone has all the answers is a strategic asset in the AI era. But it doesn't activate on its own: it takes leaders with the courage to lean into it.
