Stockholm, February 3, 2026 – Cassie Gustafsson, with a long international career in HR, leadership, and employee relations at Google, is joining the operational investment firm Disruptive Ventures as AI People Lead.

Cassie joined Google early in its growth and, over her 14 years with the company, played a key role in building the People Operations teams in Canada and Europe. Her experience spans HR, leadership and culture, and bridging HR with business operations. Between 2011 and 2019, she worked extensively with leadership, culture, and team development at Google’s Stockholm office during a period when the number of software engineers grew from a few dozen to 250. Cassie combines her role at Disruptive Ventures with her position as People Lead at the Swedish tech startup TERASi.
