Disruptive Ventures strengthens its team with Serge Lachapelle, former Site Lead and Product Director at Google, as new Partner. Serge brings deep specialist expertise and will play a pivotal role in Disruptive Ventures' focus on small Swedish tech companies.

Serge has an extensive background in global technology development. Even before his 18 years at Google, he built a video communication startup that was later acquired by Google. There, he became a key figure in developing the company's communication solutions, including Google Hangouts, Google Meet, and WebRTC. His journey from entrepreneur to senior product executive at one of the world's largest tech platforms makes him particularly well-suited to understand both the challenges and opportunities that Swedish tech entrepreneurs face when scaling their products.
