Tobias Lindfors started StudentConsulting in 1997 to place students in work. It grew into one of Scandinavia's largest recruitment and staffing companies, with revenue of SEK 700M before the exit to Mellby Gård in 2013.
Niklas Jansson built the company with him. Recruitment and staffing is an industry with no product margin to hide behind, where everything comes down to sales discipline, margin control and the ability to open a new town without quality slipping. That experience is what sits behind how we work on sales organisation and internationalisation across the portfolio today.
