Vaccina was built under the most extreme conditions a company can meet. Demand went from nothing to national in a few weeks, staff had to be hired in the thousands, sites had to open across the country, and the requirements came from authorities writing the rules as it happened.
The company went from zero to over SEK 300M in revenue and SEK 75M in profit in two and a half years, and became Sweden's largest operator for vaccination and testing, before the exit to Kry in 2021. Pontus Kressner, who built it, works with us today as an investment manager.
Which is why scaling isn't a theory here. Someone in the house has done it when it was hardest.
